We are looking for motivated English-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join Teleperformance Portugal, supporting a leading global social media platform.

Your Role

• Assist subscribers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries.
• Provide support across socail media platforms
• Help customers explore platform features and improve their overall experience.
• Make occasional outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

Location & Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)
• Schedule: Rotatingday or night shifts, depending on your preference and availability.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break)
• Salary: Competitive salary package

Requirements

• Availability to work full-time on-site in Lisbon, including rotating weekend shifts.
