This role involves supporting customers through various channels, mediating disputes, and providing information about products. Candidates should be fluent in Japanese and English, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work 40 hours weekly. Qualificações

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or retail is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and switch between various communication channels.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and commute to the Lisbon office at least 2 days per week.

• Permanent Contract (with a 6-month Probation Period).
