Job summary

Foundever in Lisbon is inviting applications for a Japanese Customer Advisor role. You will join a multicultural team delivering first-class support to customers, solving inquiries by phone and written communication, and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

We seek native or fluent Japanese speakers (C2) with strong English (C1), excellent listening and writing skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. On-site in Lisbon with relocation support and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Native or proficient level of Japanese (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills – excellent phone conversations, listening, and writing.
• Analytical and problem solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and relocate to Portugal (onsite in Lisbon).
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

• Native or proficient level of Japanese (C2)
• Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
• Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
• Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal (work on site - Lisbon)
