Inetum Portugal is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to drive the technical evolution and governance of a strategic ServiceNow platform. You will lead design, configuration, and development, mentor teams, ensure performance and security, and partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical outcomes.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across international teams and a passion for continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Technical Lead role or similar leadership position.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, configuration, and platform governance.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex workflows, Service Catalog solutions, automations, and integrations.
• Experience reviewing and validating technical designs, custom developments, and platform enhancements.
• Strong understanding of platform performance, scalability, security, and upgrade management.
• Experience collaborating with architects, project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and lifecycle management.
• Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Knowledge of CMDB is a strong plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Define, maintain, and evolve the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow solutions aligned with governance and best practices.
• Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments for scalability and upgrade readiness.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to developers and administrators.
• Design and implement complex workflows, Service Catalog items, platform automations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, security, and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to the platform roadmap and leverage new ServiceNow capabilities.
• Assess impact of platform upgrades on existing customizations and integrations.
• Oversee technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Integration, and Enterprise Architecture teams for seamless integration.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce debt and increase platform adoption.
