Cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a remote role based in Portugal. You will support customers in Italian and English, address technical inquiries, and document cases accurately to improve overall satisfaction.

The position is fully remote with relocation support for eligible candidates; Portugal- or EU-based applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Tech-savvy and able to handle technical inquiries.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking.

• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience a plus but not mandatory.
