Cbtalents in Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech customer service project. The role is remote and requires fluency in Italian and English to assist users with technical inquiries.

You will troubleshoot, document cases, and explain solutions clearly while maintaining empathy and professionalism. Relocation support is provided for eligible candidates.

Candidates based in Portugal or EU passport holders open to relocation will be considered.
