Cbtalents is hiring an Italian-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist for a tech project based in Portugal. You will provide customer support in Italian and English, troubleshoot technical issues, document cases accurately, and transform challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Portugal or be willing to relocate; relocation support is provided.
Qualificações
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Tech-savvy with ability to handle technical inquiries.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good problem-solving ability and quick thinking.
- Detail-oriented and able to track issues.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused.
- Able to stay calm in high-pressure situations.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Sales experience a plus, but not mandatory.
