Worldwiders in Porto, Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Agent to join our international operations. You will assist customers with guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products, handle calls and emails, and help meet quality and efficiency targets.

You should have native Italian, fluent English (B2), strong written communication, empathy, and teamwork. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist, with long-term career development and language courses.

Qualificações

• Native level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent English (B2).
• Excellent writing and communication skills with empathy and team spirit.
• Proactive, results-driven, self-motivated and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers to provide guidance and knowledge of Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners’ products and services via incoming calls or emails.
• Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly.
• Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems.
• Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction.
