Qualificações

• Native-level Italian (C2) and fluent English.
• Experience in customer/technical support is an advantage.
• Proactive, self-motivated and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Italian-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email.
• Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues.
• Addressing customer escalations and documenting the process.
• Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or close tickets.
• Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English.
• Representing the company and upholding its values.
