CB Talents SP in Porto seeks friendly, motivated individuals to join an expanding Italian-speaking technical care team. You will be the first contact for Italian customers—answering calls, emails, or chats, guiding them through account or service issues, and leaving clear notes in the system.

A comprehensive, fully paid training program starts from day one. No computer engineering background required; the company provides hands-on training to teach you every tool and system.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian language required (written and spoken).
• German language or strong interest in everyday tech is required.
• Basic reading of technical English is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Be the First Contact: answer calls, emails, or chats from Italian-speaking customers with account or service questions.
• Solve Everyday Technical Issues by guiding customers through solutions using a simple company guide.
• Keep Accurate Notes by typing brief, clear summaries in the system.
• Run Basic Checks: help customers test connections, reset passwords, or adjust settings.
• Spot Common Glitches: report recurring issues to team leads for quick resolution.
• Deliver Great Care: ensure customers feel heard, respected, and fully supported.
