CB Talents is seeking an Italian-speaking customer support agent in Porto. You will handle calls, emails, and chats from Italian customers, guiding them through account or service issues using a straightforward company guide.

From day one you will receive comprehensive, fully paid training to learn every tool and system required. Applicants must live in or near Porto with local working papers; relocation support is not available. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (native or near-native) for customer conversations.
• Willingness to participate in fully paid training from day one.
• English reading ability for basic tech prompts and menus.
• Patience and clear communication with non-tech users.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first contact by answering calls, emails, or chats from Italian-speaking customers.
• Resolve everyday technical issues with step-by-step guidance using the company guide.
• Enter brief notes into the system to document issues and resolutions.
• Help customers test connections, reset passwords, or adjust settings as needed.
• Identify common glitches and report to team leads for quick action.
• Deliver empathetic, helpful service so customers feel supported.
