What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones. Assist customers with setup, functionality, and maintenance guidance. Educate users on features, firmware updates, and common usage issues. Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to elevate complex technical problems. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent
• Italian (C1 level)
• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication
• Previous experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment
• Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus
