CloserHire is partnering with a leading international company to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a drone technology after-sales project in Lisbon. In this role you will provide professional repair and after-sales support for drone products, assist customers with technical inquiries, and help troubleshoot issues across phone, email and chat.

Formación

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) with good English

What we're looking for

• Fluent
• French (C1/C2) and good command of English 1 year experience in BPO or Tech Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Comfortable handling technical issues and guiding customers effectively
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive and responsible attitude

Salary

1,059.34 € with room
