CloserHire is seeking an Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialist for a project based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role includes troubleshooting and helping customers with drone products, primarily via phone, email, and chat, while maintaining high service standards.

You will relocate to Portugal with relocation coverage and join a fast-paced, international team. The position offers full onboarding, paid training, and a hybrid work model to balance office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus.
• Experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred.
• Italian (C1) level is required for internal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones.
• Guide customers through setup, functionality, and maintenance.
• Log and manage cases in internal systems; collaborate with engineering and product teams.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely communication.
