Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian at C2 level; English at B2 level.
• Strong communication and customer-care skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from Italian market.
• Provide accurate information and clear guidance to customers.
