Job summary

Ignite. in Lisbon is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our central Lisbon team. You will deliver prompt, professional assistance across voice, email, and live chat, managing inquiries during peak holiday periods and ensuring accurate CRM records.

The role requires 100% on-site presence, C1/C2 Italian, English a plus, and the ability to adapt quickly to our CRM system. Base salary is €1,200 gross/month on a 14-month basis plus up to €150 monthly performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Italian language proficiency at C1/C2; English a plus.
• Must reside in Portugal with Cartão de Residência, NIF, and NISS.
• On-site work: 100% on-site in Lisbon.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic computer skills with CRM software readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, professional Italian-speaking customer support across voice, email, and chat.
• Handle high volumes during peak holiday periods.
• Resolve queries on item availability, orders, delivery, payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Document interactions and resolutions in the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to maintain service quality and meet targets.
