Concentrix in Portugal is seeking a Customer Representative and Sales professional fluent in Italian (C1) with good English to support cruise line clients remotely. You will assist guests and travel agents with bookings, provide destination information, and promote cruise packages and onboard experiences.

The role offers work-from-home in Portugal, paid training, and career development programs within a global team.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C1) written and spoken, with a good level of English.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales, hospitality, travel, or tourism.
• Able to use multiple systems and possess strong computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment; flexible with weekends/holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the guest journey, from booking to post-cruise follow-up.
• Assist customers and travel agents with cruise bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Offer detailed information about destinations, itineraries, ships, onboard services, excursions, and travel requirements.
• Drive sales by promoting cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard experiences to new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored cruise options, upgrades, and add-on services (excursions, drink packages, cabins, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents to encourage repeat business.
• Present promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
