CBT in Lisbon is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking customer service representative to serve as the primary liaison for Italian policyholders and registered brokers, delivering top-tier consultation and accurate administrative support.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, explain policies, coverages, and claims, and assist brokers with validations, with records stored in the CRM in compliance with data privacy standards.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (working proficiency).
• Experience in customer service or front-office roles, preferably in insurance.
• Strong phone etiquette and structured email communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the dedicated point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via telephone and email.
• Provide explanations regarding policies, coverage, claims, and cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers with policy validations and amendments.
• Handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism and prompt resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive CRM records in compliance with data privacy and quality benchmarks.
