CBT in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our international customer support team. You will assist users with accounts, technical issues, and platform navigation to ensure a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via email and chat, troubleshooting login and account issues, and documenting cases in internal systems while collaborating with the team to meet quality targets.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Good command of English for training and internal communication.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
