CloserHire is recruiting a Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance project based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will manage customer inquiries, process policy changes, and assist with claims in a fast-paced, multinational team.

The role requires native Italian (C2) and strong English (B2), with a full-time onsite position and a structured relocation package. Training is provided, and there are performance-based incentives and career development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Eligible to work in Portugal.
• Native-level Italian (C2) and proficient English (B2).
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and motivated with a high performance standard.
• Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers with inquiries about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters, including contract documents and policy information.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy changes.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets.
