CloserHire, on behalf of a global insurance leader, is hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for Lisbon, Portugal. You’ll support clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims while delivering a professional, friendly service.

The role is on-site in central Lisbon with full-time hours, a 14-salary compensation structure, accommodation assistance, and training. Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) are required, plus strong communication and teamwork.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Italian (C2) and English (B2) is required.
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers about their insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters with contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Assist customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain high service quality and meet client-specific targets.
