CBT in Lisbon, Portugal invites an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international insurance team on-site. You will support customers and brokers, using Italian daily and delivering accurate policy information in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a 6-month fixed-term contract with accommodation for 12 months, a 14-month base salary and a €100 monthly bonus, plus a daily meal allowance. Working hours are Monday–Friday, with rotational shifts.

Qualificações

• Italian is at C2/native level.
• English at B2 level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in multiple languages.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Empathy, patience and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and different software systems.
• Proactive, positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email.
• Respond to customer questions clearly, professionally and empathetically.
• Provide information about insurance products, policies and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers by handling and directing their inquiries.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• Use internal systems to access, update, and manage customer information.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a positive, professional and helpful approach at all times.
