Qualificações

• High level of Italian (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.

Responsabilidades

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients regarding their insurance policies.
• Process requests and send replies to insured individuals.
• Manage policy change requests and update payment details.
• Handle claims and cancel requests.
