Qualificações

• High level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with a diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player.

Responsabilidades

• Receive calls or chats regarding insurance policy information.
• Process requests via client policy administration system.
• Manage indexing and electronic archiving.
• Handle policy change requests and payment updates.
• Make claims and cancel requests.
