Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency, and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Receive telephone calls or chats from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy.
• Process requests via transactions in the client policy administration system and by writing and sending replies to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
• Do indexation and electronic archiving in the document management tool.
• Manage policy change requests, updating payment details.
• Make claims and cancel requests.

Your Qualifications

• High level of Italian (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Previous customer experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and a great team player.
