Freedom Recruitment is seeking Italian-speaking customer support specialists to join our international service operations in Portugal. You will assist Italian-speaking customers through inbound calls, live chat, and email, handling order updates, account management, billing inquiries, and service details.

You will troubleshoot platform issues, resolve inquiries efficiently via CRM tools, and maintain empathetic, professional communication to drive CSAT and loyalty.

Formación

• Native or near-native Italian (C1/C2) with good working proficiency in English (B2).
• Experience in customer-focused roles across multiple channels is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries accurately using CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with Italian-speaking customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide efficient solutions using internal CRM tools.
• Maintain empathetic, professional communication to ensure high CSAT and loyalty.
• Record interactions accurately and escalate issues to the correct departments when needed.
