Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to handle front-office contacts with customers in a hybrid setup in Portugal. English and Italian fluency are mandatory, with 1–2 years in customer-engagement services and strong MS Office skills.

The role offers a mix of in-office and remote work possibilities, a client-focused environment, and opportunities to develop within Nestlé Business Solutions. Training will precede full remote work where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer-engagement services (mandatory).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Fluent in English and Italian (C1/C2) – mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across voice, email, and chat for B2C and B2B channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Advise on Nestlé products and services to aid informed decisions.
