We are hiring Italian Customer Service Representatives to join an international team supporting a global client in Portugal. If you are already living in Portugal, this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the country—except the islands. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when necessary
  • Proficiency in Italian (C1/C2 level)
  • Already residing in Portugal (remote work available from any city except the islands)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Must hold a European passport (visa sponsorship is not provided)
