Ignite in Lisbon seeks an Italian-speaking customer service professional to handle inquiries via live chat, phone, and email. You will be the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients, resolving issues and documenting interactions in the CRM.

A 24/7 rotating schedule and growth opportunities suit proactive, detail-oriented communicators. The role requires fluent Italian (C1/C2) and at least B2 English, with on-site work in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2) in writing and speaking.
• English proficiency at least B2 for navigation and training.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 rotating shift.

Responsabilidades

• Customer interaction across live chat, phone, and email in Italian.
• Analyze issues and provide tailored, timely solutions.
• Maintain precise CRM records of interactions and ticket progress.
• Pursue KPIs such as CSAT, FCR, and processing times.
• Participate in regular training and workshops to stay updated.
