Ignite in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our on-site team. You will be the first contact for Polish-speaking clients, handling emails, phone, and live chat, and helping resolve inquiries with empathy.

This full-time role offers a rotating shift pattern (5 days, 8 hours) between 07:00 and 21:00, native/fluent Polish plus at least B2 English, comprehensive paid training, and a path for career progression in a multicultural environment.

Qualificações

• Polish native or fluent (written and spoken).
• English at least B2 level for training and system use.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a rotational shift (5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 07:00–21:00).
• On-site work in Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Polish-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat.
• Identify needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain high service quality with clear, empathetic communication.
• Record interactions and account details in the CRM accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and leads to improve service delivery.
