Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Italian Customer Advisor to provide professional support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will handle inquiries, account requests, and basic troubleshooting while documenting interactions in internal systems.

Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2) is required, along with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. The role offers onsite work with meal allowances, transportation support, and relocation
