Cross Border Talents is seeking an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Willingness to relocate within the EU is required. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, resolving issues, and documenting interactions.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• English C1 level or higher.
• EU citizenship (mandatory).
• Willingness to relocate within the European Union.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and adaptability.
• Flexibility to work shifts if required.

Responsabilidades

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, and billing.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Meet quality standards and performance targets.
