Hiring International Academy is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. You will assist Italian-speaking customers and ensure a high-quality experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Willingness to relocate within the EU is required.

You will handle inquiries across channels, maintain accurate records, and strive to meet performance targets while adapting to shifts as needed.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2)
• English at C1 level or higher
• EU citizenship required
• Willingness to relocate within the EU
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and adaptability
• Flexibility to work shifts if required

Responsabilidades

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, and billing
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems
• Meet quality standards and performance targets
