Foundever is hiring an Italian Customer Advisor for Airbnb, working remotely in Portugal. You will support hosts and guests, leveraging a global travel marketplace to deliver exceptional service. Fluency in Italian and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Availability to start training on November 2.
• Native or proficient level of Italian (C2).
• Advanced level of English (C1) both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation and writing skills.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal; local candidate or relocation requirements.
