Qualificações

• Native or fluent Italian and English at C1 level.
• CompTIA+ or Cisco CCNA certification or training.
• Basic TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and IT infra knowledge.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support to business customers via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Log and prioritize incidents while ensuring agreed SLAs are met.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and assist users through screen sharing and remote tools.
• Monitor, update and follow up on support cases until resolution.
• Document incidents and maintain customer records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Deliver professional customer experience with high technical standards.
