Cross Border Talents in Lisbon currently seeks a native Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, addressing post-sales technical issues for leading appliance brands. You will diagnose problems, guide customers via standard procedures, and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a customer-centric approach and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level Italian and professional working fluency in English.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to diagnose and follow troubleshooting workflows and learn new tools.
• Proactive, patient and resourceful in addressing issues.
• Located in Portugal or able to relocate to Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Provide first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and follow troubleshooting workflows.
• Handle inquiries about product information, orders, repairs, and complaints.
• Use multiple software platforms during customer interactions and escalate complex issues.
