Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Customer Support Specialist for native Italian speakers to deliver post-sales technical support for leading appliance brands. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via phone and email and guiding customers through diagnostics.

The role requires on-site work in Lisbon, with a customer-centric approach and strong communication skills in Italian and English.

Qualificações

• Native Italian and professional working fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Deliver first-class technical support and post-sales assistance for domestic appliance brands.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshoot product issues using standard procedures and video guides/tutorials.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding product information, order follow-ups, minor repairs and complaints.
• Utilize multiple software platforms during customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent service.
