Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for an insurance project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries, process service requests in the policy administration system, and respond to emails and letters with contract documents and policy information.

You’ll manage policy changes, including updating payment methods, assist with claims submissions and policy cancellations, and maintain a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Italian (C2).
• Proficient in English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and chats from customers about insurance policies.
• Process service requests in the client’s policy administration system.
• Compose and send responses to emails and letters with contract documents and policy information.
• Conduct indexation and electronic archiving using internal tools.
• Manage requests for policy changes, including updating payment methods.
• Support customers with claims submissions and policy cancellations.
• Maintain a high level of service quality and meet client-specific performance targets.
