Job summary

Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices in Porto, Portugal. The role operates on a 24/7 schedule with rotative days and night shifts (22:00–07:00). Salary is 1000€ per 14 months, plus a complex bonus of 7.63€ per working day as food allowance.

Customer Service Representative – Diabetes Medical Devices

Location: Porto. Portugal.

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7

(Rotative shifts) Days Off - 2 Rotative days

Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00)

Salary: 1000€ per 14 months .

Complexity Bonus: Food Allowance / 7.63€ per working day

(No Relocation support provided.)

Language: Fluent, verbal and written, in job language (Italian + C1 in English.)
