Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Diabetes Medical Devices in Porto, Portugal. The role involves 24/7 operations with a night shift from 22:00 to 07:00, supporting German and English markets.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, empathy, and stress management skills, with the ability to handle multiple markets. A welcome bonus is paid monthly over the first year, plus a daily food allowance.

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7

Night Shift (22:00 to 07:00)

Complexity Bonus: Food Allowance / 7.63€ per working day

(No Relocation support provided.)

Welcome Bonus - This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment: German- 1500€.
