Job summary

CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit Italian-speaking Technical Support Specialists for a new project based in Italy. You will provide professional technical assistance and customer support to users of cutting-edge camera drones.

This role offers a fast-paced, international environment with the latest technology. As part of the role, you will respond in Italian, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through setup and maintenance while ensuring excellent

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian (C1 level).
• Basic knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in technical support, IT, or electronics is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, international environment.
• Interest or experience in drones, consumer electronics, or related technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues with camera drones.
• Assist customers with setup, functionality, and maintenance guidance.
• Educate users on features, firmware updates, and common usage issues.
• Log and manage cases accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.
