Cross Border Talents in Porto invites you to join as a Customer Specialist supporting a Medical Devices Project. You’ll handle product questions, orders, account requests, and general support across phone, email, chat, and other channels, delivering accurate information and timely solutions while upholding a high standard of service.

The role requires Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least one year in customer support.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional and friendly customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, account requests, orders, deliveries, and service inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and support procedures while following company guidelines.
• Handle customer issues efficiently and escalate technical or complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Accurately record customer interactions, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Deliver empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented support at every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed about medical device products, company procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
