Job summary

Eco Plus Solutions AB in Lisbon is seeking a Spanish-speaking customer service professional for a 100% on-site role at our Lisbon office. The position offers a stable schedule with 40 hours/week and a base salary of €950 per month paid in 14 installments, plus a monthly performance bonus up to €150.

Applicants must reside in Portugal with NIF, NISS, and a Residency Card. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential; English is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Native-level Spanish (written and spoken); English knowledge is a plus.
• Legal residency in Portugal at time of application (NIF, NISS, and Residency Card).
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with general computer software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service requests from Spanish-speaking clients via phone, live chat or email with a courteous approach.
• Assist with order management, product queries, payment issues, shipment tracking, replacements and returns.
• Deliver personalized service meeting quality metrics and team objectives.
• Accurately log client interactions and ticket details into the CRM.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to elevate service quality.
