Cbtalents is seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international insurance project in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, provide clear information on products and coverage, and assist customers with policy changes and account requests.

Requirements include fluent Italian (C2) and good English, strong communication and problem solving, professional and customer-focused approach, plus valid work authorization in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding insurance products and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy cancellations and account-related requests.
• Support insurance brokers with their inquiries and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure a consistently positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Italian: Fluent/C2 level.
• English: Good level.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries confidently and efficiently.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Valid documentation to work legally in Portugal.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, including bank holidays.
• Fixed shifts between 07:30 and 20:00.
• Weekends off.
