Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, providing professional support in Italian and English in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

You will respond to inquiries, offer solutions, and communicate in a friendly, professional manner while using various digital tools. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00, with a gross monthly salary of €1,000, plus a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 installments and meal allowance.

Remuneration: €1,000 gross per month, paid in 14 instalments, which is approximately €1,166 gross per month when averaged over 12 months

Salary + perks total: €1,486 gross per month
Relocation: Optional accommodation; room in a shared apartment with all bills included - €200-300 deduction per month
