CBT is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist in Lisbon to convert inquiries into bookings and build guest loyalty in a fast-growing European hospitality brand. You will handle Italian-speaking guest requests, manage reservations, and upsell services to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires Italian (Native) and English (B2) proficiency, a full-time onsite commitment, and a generous relocation package to support international candidates.

• Similar experience in hospitality sales or customer service is beneficial.
• Fluent Italian and English communication skills are required.
