Job summary
Cb Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Service Professional fluent in Italian and proficient in English to join our on-site team. You'll deliver high-quality support to Italian-speaking customers from our Lisbon office.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 Portuguese time. The role offers relocation support, a gross monthly salary of 1,100€ paid over 14 months, plus meal allowances and performance/attendance bonuses.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent proficiency in Italian
- Strong working knowledge of English
- Motivation to deliver exceptional customer support on-site in Lisbon
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site customer support to Italian-speaking customers in Lisbon.
- Assist customers with product and service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off!)
- Shift Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time)
- Gross Salary: 1,100€ per month (paid over 14 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63€ (net) per working day
- Performance Bonus: 175€ per 11 months
- Attendance Bonus: 75€ per 11 months
