Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November & December. You will be the brand voice across channels, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Eligible to work in Portugal is required, with duties in Lisbon. The role is full-time with a 12-month initial contract and rotating 8-hour shifts, including flight ticket reimbursement and comprehensive health insurance.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

Contract & Working Conditions
