Cross Border Talents seeks fluent Italian speakers for our Customer Care team in Lisbon for November and December. You will respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat, provide clear information, and resolve issues in a fast-paced international setting.

The role offers a 12-month initial contract, full-time (40 hours/week) with rotating shifts, relocation support, flight ticket reimbursement, and comprehensive health insurance, plus free Portuguese language classes to help you settle

Qualificações

• Fluent Italian written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2).
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You Bring

• Fluent Italian, both written and spoken.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
