Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers for a 12-month customer care role. You will handle calls, email and chat, deliver accurate information, and escalate complex cases with empathy in a fast-paced digital environment.

The position offers a full-time, 40-hour week schedule with rotating shifts, health insurance, and support for relocation and Portuguese language learning as part of the package.

Qualificações

We’re looking for fluent Italian speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.
